How you earn and keep your tier
Qualifying purchases are counted over the previous 365 days from delivery. They become confirmed after delivery and the longer of 14 days or the store return window. An upgrade applies to subsequent orders and is recognised for 365 days from qualification. We review your tier at the end of that period using the previous 365 days of qualifying spending. Your House membership always continues.
Which purchases count?
Product spending after discounts, including sale products, counts toward your tier. Tax, delivery, cancelled purchases and completed refunds do not count. Foreign-currency purchases use the exchange rate saved with that order. Partial refunds reduce qualifying spending proportionally. Refunds can correct a tier earned from those purchases.
How your benefits apply
Sign in with your verified account. Your tier, welcome or birthday saving competes with eligible promotional and delivery offers; the most valuable single benefit applies automatically. Member savings apply to full-price products only, within the published cap. Minimum offer values refer to eligible full-price products. Offers used on completed purchases are not reissued after a return.
Early access and scheduled launches
For selected scheduled launches, eligible members can shop before the public launch time, according to their tier's access window. Availability depends on stock. Sign in to see these products in the collection.
When your membership is reviewed
