AI Assistance Is Optional

When connected, you can choose whether to use AI assistance. With AI enabled, the words you submit and public catalogue details are sent to the provider named beside the form. Without AI, catalogue matching runs on our own server. Your order history, account profile and payment information are not sent to the AI provider.

What We Keep

We do not store your conversation. We keep aggregate daily counts of requests, no-match results, provider usage and selections added to bags for up to 90 days. Session-level call counts prevent misuse. Our existing cookies and privacy policies explain the store’s other essential and optional analytics technologies.

Your Saved Ritual

Saving a ritual is optional. It stores product and option identifiers in this browser on this device. It does not store your question. Clear your browser’s site data to remove it. Prices and availability are checked again when you reopen a saved ritual.

Share Preferences, Not Sensitive Information

Please do not enter passwords, payment details, identification numbers or private medical information. AI providers process requests under their own API terms and retention policies. OpenAI requests from this integration use the API’s store=false setting; this does not promise zero provider retention. Gemini processing depends on your store’s selected API service and account terms.
